We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced Accounts Executive to join our growing travel organization. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end accounting operations, ensure timely statutory compliances, deliver accurate financial reporting, and coordinate effectively with internal teams, auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.

The role demands strong proficiency in Tally Prime/ERP, GST, TDS, TCS, banking operations, MIS reporting, and finalization of accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping

- Record and maintain accurate Sales Invoices, Purchase Bills, and other financial transactions.
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping in Tally Prime / Tally ERP.
- Manage Sundry Debtors, Sundry Creditors, Cash Book, and Bank Book.
- Perform monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Pass accurate journal entries and book expenses with proper supporting documents.
- Maintain organized accounting vouchers and documentation.

GST, TDS & Statutory Compliance

- Manage complete GST accounting, reconciliation, and support return filing.
- Handle TCS accounting, deduction, and compliance.
- Process TDS deduction, reconciliation, and timely filing.
- Ensure adherence to all statutory requirements and deadlines.
- Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant for filings, audits, and compliance matters.

Financial Reporting & Closure

- Prepare Profit & Loss statements, Trial Balance, and assist in finalization of:
- Profit & Loss Account
- Balance Sheet

- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Generate timely MIS reports and management dashboards.

Banking & Foreign Remittance





- Execute banking transactions and payment processing.
- Prepare and manage documentation for Foreign Remittances.
- Coordinate with banks for remittance approvals and query resolution.

Audit & Stakeholder Coordination

- Coordinate with Statutory Auditors and Chartered Accountants for:
- Statutory Audit
- Tax Audit
- Financial Statement finalization

- Support internal audits and resolve audit observations.
- Follow up with clients, vendors, and internal departments for pending documents and reconciliations.

Vendor & Customer Management

- Reconcile vendor accounts and ensure timely payments.
- Monitor customer outstanding and drive collection follow-ups.
- Ensure timely settlement of statutory dues and vendor obligations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

CA Inter (preferred).

Experience

- 12 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Travel / Tourism industry background will be a strong advantage.

Technical Skills

- Expertise in Tally Prime / Tally ERP.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS, and Income Tax provisions.
- Bank Reconciliation and Foreign Remittance documentation.
- MIS Reporting and Finalization of Accounts.
- Basic understanding of Accounting Standards.
