- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath to automate business processes in the Order to Cash cycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes that increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and maintain documentation of automated workflows, ensuring clear understanding of system functionality and troubleshooting procedures.
- Provide training and support to end-users on newly implemented RPA solutions.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in P2P (Procure-to-Pay) or similar roles within IT Services & Consulting industry.
- Robust knowledge of AP (Accounts Payable), AR (Accounts Receivable), OTC (Order to Cash) cycles, including billing, invoicing, payments processing etc. .
- Experience with Robotic Process Automation tools such as UiPath or similar technologies.
