Experience - 4+ years

Skillset - ZIA, ZPA, Wireshark ,IPSEC, GRE, troubleshooting.

- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- 4+ years experience for this role in similar positions.
- Experienced in Network and Security solutions and customer facing/field role.
- Experience deploying, maintaining, or troubleshooting networking, firewall and security solutions in enterprise environments is key.
- Experience with Zscaler solutions ZIA, ZPA
- Working knowledge of networking and security products from various vendors and enterprise network infrastructure
- Ability to navigate technical and architectural discussions with customers, partners including audience from business and technical fraternity.




- Excellent communication and follow-up skills across internal and external organizations.
- Working knowledge of authentication systems such as SAML, LDAP and MS Active Directory.
- Knowledge of solutions built on Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services and other leading cloud platforms.
- Good knowledge of Hypervisors: VMware, Hyper-V, and KVM.
- Good knowledge on HTTP, HTTPS, SSL Inspection, DNS.
- Experience with Proxy and SSL.
- Good knowledge of IPSEC, GRE, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS protocols.
- Hands-on knowledge with network troubleshooting using tools such as Wireshark, tcpdump, Traceroute, and MTR.
