Job Title: Workday Integrations Consultant
Location: Bangalore / Chennai / Pune / Mumbai / Hyderabad / Delhi NCR / Kolkata

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Workday Integrations Consultant to support our clients Workday ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in building, deploying, and maintaining integrations within Workday, along with a solid understanding of integration frameworks and tools. Candidates with hands-on experience in Workday implementation projects, particularly in integration workstreams, will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using tools such as EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Cloud Connect
- Build integrations across multiple Workday modules (HCM, Finance, Payroll, etc.) and third-party systems
- Collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders to gather integration requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Develop and maintain inbound and outbound integrations with external systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability
- Support Workday implementations, upgrades, and post-production enhancements, with a focus on integration deliverables




- Create and maintain technical documentation for integrations and processes
- Ensure compliance with integration best practices and security standards

Required Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Workday Integrations
- Proven experience working on Workday implementation projects (Integration workstream)
- Hands-on experience with Workday integration tools (EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio)
- Experience building integrations across multiple Workday modules
- Strong expertise in XML, XSLT (XSLT 3.0 preferred), Web Services (SOAP/REST), and APIs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Workday Integration Certification is highly preferred
- Candidates willing to obtain certification prior to onboarding will also be considered
- Strong experience in Workday Studio integrations will be highly preferred

Applicants are expected to have genuine, hands-on experience in Workday integrations. Profiles will be thoroughly validated for project experience and technical expertise.
