What you ll do:

As the Succes plan Manager, you will:

- Manage key customer accounts works closely with account teams to ensure customers achieve measurable outcomes from their SAP investments and Lead Premium engagement plan where applicable
- Engage with customers understand business requirements, program/project, IT, transformational, architecture, development, infrastructure, operational topics and support in executing the same.
- Lead engagement planning of Premium Engagement services to customer situation/requirements, solutions, create a value proposition, secure customer alignment, contracts, including working with account teams, solution or industry experts, partners, executives, and delivery support teams
- Lead engagement quality and execution of Premium Engagement services, including governance, top issue/escalation management, executive reporting & presentations, resource staffing, procurement, contract management, and services delivery
- Lead engineering services or resources for end-to-end projects or focused phased activities, including design, optimization, assessment, technical integration, validation, operations, escalations, empower training, and workshops
- Collaborate with Customer Engagement Partners, Enterprise Architects, Data Architects, Success Experts, and delivery teams
- Learn and apply SAP s integrated toolchain including Holistic Engagement Planner (HEP), dashboards, Cloud ALM, and customer insights tools
- Contribute to continuous improvement of engagement quality and customer experience
- Support adoption and ensure consumption working closely with Enterprise architect and associated teams

What you Bring:

- Robust SAP business and technical solution architecture expertise.
- 15-20 years of hands-on experience with SAP s Enterprise Solutions, Industry Solutions,



Platform Solutions, SaaS Solutions, Third-Party Technologies, or Partner Technologies.
- Experience with SAP HANA, S/4 HANA, or SAP Business Technology Platform preferred.
- Hands-on exposure to solution implementation, integrations, and basic cloud/modernization patterns.
- Awareness of governance, risk mitigation, performance, security, and disaster-recovery considerations.
- Able to translate business needs into technical/functional requirements and practical roadmaps
- Proven focus on customer value defining success metrics and driving consumption, retention, and time-to-value.
- SAP project management, value management, and quality management practices
- Experience leading design, implementation, and change management projects
- Pre-sales, Solutioning, Procurement, Contract Lifecycles, Contract Renewals, and Customer Retention experience
- Experience working with c-levels, senior leaders, influencers, and trusted advisors
- Strong facilitation, negotiation, and de-escalation skills
- Bachelor or Master s STEM Degree: Science, Tech, Engineering, Math or equivalent experience in the field of technology.
