Position Title: General Manager Business Development
Contract Duration: Fixed-term contract of Three (3) Years

Role Overview
The General Manager Business Development will be responsible for driving ICDIAs strategic growth by identifying new opportunities, building partnerships, and expanding collaborations with governments, international organizations, industry partners, and innovation ecosystems. The role will focus on strengthening ICDIAs presence in the Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) ecosystem, developing sustainable partnerships, and enabling global outreach and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with ICDIA’s vision and strategic objectives.
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with governments, multilateral institutions, private sector organizations, and global technology ecosystems.
- Lead strategic engagement and negotiations with stakeholders to establish cooperative programs and initiatives.
- Support development of proposals, partnership frameworks, and funding opportunities for innovation and DPI initiatives.
- Strengthen ICDIA’s global outreach and ecosystem partnerships through conferences, forums, and international engagements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to design joint programs, innovation initiatives, and capacity-building projects.
- Monitor industry trends and identify emerging opportunities in digital transformation, public technology,
and innovation ecosystems.
- Prepare strategic reports, market insights, and partnership proposals for leadership.
Educational Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Public Policy, Economics, International Business, or a related field.
- Background in Technology Management, Innovation, or International Development will be an advantage.
Experience Required
- 12 – 18 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, international collaborations, or ecosystem development.
- Experience working with government initiatives, global organizations, consulting firms, or technology ecosystems preferred.
- Exposure to digital transformation, public digital platforms, or Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) will be an added advantage.

Age Criteria
- 38 – 55 years (preferred)
Compensation (CTC)
- Final CTC will depend on experience, expertise, and organizational guidelines.
