Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations of the depot, ensuring effective use of resources and meeting customer expectations.
- Oversee outbound logistics, including scheduling, tracking, and delivery of goods to customers.
- Develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and increasing customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to contract logistics, yard management, and inventory control.
Job Requirements :
- 10-16 years of experience in a similar role within the courier/logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of 3PL (third-party logistics) operations and contract logistics principles.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale depots with multiple shifts.
