We are looking for an experienced HR Technology professional to lead the implementation, enhancement, and administration of the SAP SuccessFactors platform. The role will drive HR digital transformation by partnering with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable HR technology solutions and an enhanced employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central , Performance & Goals , Recruiting , Onboarding and Learning Management System.
- Manage HRIS implementation activities including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, implementation partners, and business stakeholders to deliver HR technology projects.
- Drive HR process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage HR data migration, validation, governance, and employee master data accuracy.
- Support system integrations with Payroll, ERP, Active Directory, and other enterprise applications.
- Develop HR dashboards, reports,



and workforce analytics to support business decision-making.
- Coordinate user training, change management, and adoption initiatives.
- Maintain system documentation, functional specifications, workflows, and process documentation.
- Ensure compliance with HR data privacy, governance, and statutory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

- MBA/PGDM in HR
- Experience in HR Technology, HRIS, or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support.
- Experience in Employee Central (EC) is mandatory. Exposure to PMGM, RCM, LMS, ONB or other SuccessFactors modules will be preferred.
- Experience in configuration, UAT, data migration, system integrations, and post-go-live support.
- Solid understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Experience working with implementation partners and cross-functional stakeholders.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification will be an added advantage.
