About the Role: The Intermediate Sales Designer supports the sales process by creating customer-focused design solutions and product recommendations that help convert prospects into customers. This role balances design sensibility with commercial understanding, while consistently delivering the WITHIN luxury experience.

Responsibilities

- Engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and design expectations.
- Develop design solutions and product selections aligned with customer requirements.
- Present WITHIN products and collections with transparent and compelling design narratives.
- Prepare quotations and proposals for furniture and accessory selections.
- Support senior sales designers on larger or more complex design projects.
- Follow up with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline.




- Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure design intent is maintained.
- Document customer preferences, requirements, and feedback for future reference.
- Assist with store merchandising and display updates.
- Stay updated on product details, materials, finishes, and design capabilities.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Furniture Design, or a related field.
- Additional training or courses in sales or luxury customer experience are an advantage.
