Dispatcher- US Trucking Operations

Shift: Rotational (247 Operations, including Night Shifts)

We are a U.S.-focused trucking dispatch company providing 247 logistics support to trucking companies across the United States. We are looking for motivated professionals with excellent communication skills who are eager to build a career in the U.S. logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with U.S. drivers, carriers, and brokers for timely pickups and deliveries.
- Book and negotiate freight loads using U.S. load boards.
- Monitor driver schedules and ensure compliance with FMCSA/DOT regulations.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Track shipments, update clients, and maintain dispatch records.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve operational issues efficiently.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification.




- Undergraduates with excellent English communication may apply.
- Strong spoken and written English skills are mandatory.
- Willingness to work rotational and night shifts.
- Prior experience in BPO, customer support, logistics, or dispatch is preferred.
- Experience in U.S. trucking dispatch and knowledge of U.S. geography and load boards will be an added advantage.
- Strong multitasking, negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
