Build a New Business Vertical

An expanding Engineering & EPC organization is developing its presence in the rapidly growing Data Center and Mission Critical Infrastructure sector and is looking for an energetic techno-commercial professional to participate in building this business.

This is an opportunity to work directly with senior management and play a key role in identifying, developing and nurturing business opportunities across India's rapid-growing Data Center ecosystem.

The Role

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with Data Center developers, consultants, EPC organizations, general contractors, operators, technology partners and end users to identify upcoming projects and support development of turnkey opportunities related to:

- Mission Critical Cooling
- Precision Air Conditioning
- Chilled Water Systems
- Critical MEP Infrastructure
- White Space Fit-outs
- Electrical & Mechanical Infrastructure
- Modular Data Centers
- Mission Critical Utility Systems

The role is primarily focused on market development, customer engagement, consultant interaction and prospect generation. Technical support,



proposal development and commercial discussions will be carried out in close coordination with the organization's engineering and management teams.

Preferred Background

- Graduate Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)
- 610 years of experience in Data Centers, Mission Critical Infrastructure, Precision Cooling, Critical MEP, HVAC, Electrical Infrastructure or allied project environments
- Exposure to project-oriented business development and consultant interactions
- Existing relationships with Data Center developers, consultants, EPC companies or major customers will be an advantage
- Strong communication, presentation and networking skills
- Willingness to travel across India
