Key Responsibilities
Stress Testing Delivery & Governance
- Oversee stress testing reporting processes and ensure end-to-end process integrity.
- Manage delivery plans, timelines, governance milestones, and key dependencies across reporting cycles.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation, procedures, runbooks, and evidence repositories.
- Coordinate review, challenge, approval, and submission activities with key stakeholders.
- Support readiness activities for regulatory and internal stress testing exercises.
Risk & Control Management
- Design, implement, and enhance control frameworks across stress testing and reporting processes.
- Manage governance of critical reporting tools, spreadsheets, models, and end-user computing applications.
- Conduct Risk and Control Assessments (RCA) and Control Effectiveness Testing.
- Monitor control performance and drive remediation of identified issues.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies,
governance standards, and regulatory expectations.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a key liaison among Risk, Finance, Treasury, Regulatory Reporting, and Control teams.
- Represent the function in governance forums, steering committees, and stakeholder meetings.
- Provide updates on delivery progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate executive approvals and support decision-making processes.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve controls, streamline processes, and enhance efficiency.
- Drive automation and process optimization initiatives.
- Support implementation of policy, governance, and regulatory changes.
- Promote best practices in reporting, controls, and documentation
