Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop architectural designs for various hotel projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry standards.

- Create detailed working drawings using software such as SketchUp and REVIT Architecture.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences, providing concept design solutions that exceed expectations.

- Oversee project architecture from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.

- Provide expert advice on interior designing, master planning, and renovation projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 15-22 years of experience in architecture or related field (hotel projects preferred).

- B.Arch degree in Any Specialization; professional registration required.

- Proficiency in creating accurate working drawings using relevant software tools (SketchUp, REVIT Architecture).

- Robust understanding of Indian building codes and regulations.
