Position - Injection Molding Maintenance Engineer.

Qualification- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.

Experience -Minimum 10 years out of which 5 years hands-on maintenance experience in extrusion blow molding operations.

Location- Nigeria.

Job Description

- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of Injection Moulding Machines.
- Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, servo, PLC, HMI, VFD, and automation systems.
- Maintain Milacron, Haitian, Zhafir, and Engel Injection Moulding Machines (80T–1300T).
- Diagnose faults in electrical panels, machine control systems, sensors, heater bands, thermocouples, and safety interlocks.
- Maintain hydraulic pumps, motors, valves, lubrication systems, clamp mechanisms, injection units, toggle systems, and pneumatic circuits.
- Support mould installation, hot runner systems, mould cooling circuits, core pull systems, and mould protection systems.
- Maintain auxiliary equipment including hopper loaders, dryers, dehumidifiers, chillers, cooling towers, TCU, compressors, conveyors, robots, and material handling systems.
