Role: We are hiring Sales Executives for our retail showroom and wholesale counter. You will be placed in the division that best matches your strengths after an initial assessment period. This is a floor role you will be with customers and buyers all day.

Responsibilities:

- Handle walk-in retail customers: understand requirements, display and drape sarees, build the sale, close
- Handle visiting wholesale buyers and retailers: order taking, rate negotiation within approved limits, order follow-through
- Build product knowledge across sarees, lehengas, occasions, and price bands
- Maintain relationships with repeat buyers and follow up on pending orders
- Coordinate with dispatch on order readiness and delivery timelines




- Keep counter and display stock organised; report fast and slow movers
- Record daily sales and enquiries as per company format

Must Have:

- 2+ years in retail or wholesale sales; textile, saree, or apparel background strongly preferred
- Fluent Hindi
- Ability to handle high footfall and long standing hours
- Stable employment history
- Willing to work six days a week including Saturdays and festive-season peaks

Positive to Have:

- Existing familiarity with Chandni Chowk market
- Experience handling outstation retailers or bulk orders
