Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support large-scale banking and digital transformation initiatives. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, and delivery teams to analyze business needs, define requirements, and deliver effective solutions across banking and payment platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders through workshops, interviews, and requirement discussions.
- Create and maintain BRD, FRD, SRS, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM).
- Analyze existing business processes and define AS-IS / TO-BE process flows and improvement opportunities.
- Work with product owners and technology teams to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs, epics, user stories, and change requests.
- Conduct requirement walkthroughs, refinement sessions, and backlog grooming activities.
- Support Agile/Scrum delivery including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and release activities.
- Coordinate with QA teams for functional testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, risk identification, and dependency tracking.
- Collaborate with banking teams on payment workflows, digital journeys, regulatory changes, and operational enhancements.




- Analyze data using SQL and reporting tools to validate business requirements and support decision-making.
- Ensure solutions meet business objectives, compliance standards, and customer experience goals.

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking / Financial Services.
- Strong experience in requirement gathering and documentation.
- Hands-on experience with:

- BRD / FRD / SRS Documentation
- User Stories & Acceptance Criteria
- Agile / Scrum Framework
- Jira & Confluence
- UAT Execution
- Process Modelling
- Stakeholder Management

- Experience working on banking applications, payment systems, or digital transformation projects.
- Understanding of customer journeys, account servicing, lending, payments, or compliance processes.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional global teams.

Preferred Skills:

- Payments domain experience (ISO20022, Cross-Border Payments, Payment Operations).
- Experience with API integrations and system interfaces.
- Knowledge of KYC, AML, Risk & Regulatory Compliance.
- Experience with digital banking platforms and customer onboarding journeys.
- SQL and data analysis experience.
- Experience working in enterprise-scale transformation programs.
