Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations across multiple e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, etc), ensuring smooth order processing, product listing, and timely dispatch
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including warehouse, customer service, and marketing to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce activities
- Optimize product listings with accurate descriptions, images, keywords, and pricing to enhance visibility and conversion
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer reviews, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and recommend strategies
- Handle order returns, cancellations, and customer queries to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with portal account managers for campaign management, promotions, and resolving compliance or listing issues




- Track inventory levels and ensure product availability across all platforms
- Prepare and share regular reports on sales performance, returns, and marketing spends with management

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online marketplace management
- Strong understanding of e-commerce portals, seller dashboards, listing guidelines, and policies
- Proficiency in MS Excel and e-commerce tools; experience with ERP systems is a plus
- Excellent coordination and communication skills; ability to multitask and work under deadlines
- Detail-oriented with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
