About the role
We are urgently expanding our US healthcare billing team and hiring medical billers across several specialties and functions. All roles run on eClinicalWorks (eCW) supporting a US multi-specialty provider group. This is one biller profile apply once and tell us your specialty in the screening questions; billers may cover one or more areas. We are based in New Delhi and open to onsite, hybrid, or fully remote arrangements. Many of our team work remotely, some from office we'll work out the right setup with you.

Openings by area (2 each)

- Medicare Specialist Medicare Part A/B, MSP, ABN handling, LCD/NCD awareness, Medicare denials, appeals, reprocessing
- AR / Aging Biller — aging reports, insurance follow-up, claim-status checks,



refiling and appeals, underpayment/denial resolution
- Cardiology Biller — cardiology CPT/modifiers, diagnostics, procedure billing
- Rheumatology Biller — infusion / J-code billing, prior authorization, buy-and-bill familiarity
- Radiology / Procedure Biller — modifiers, global periods, technical vs. skilled component billing

Common requirements (all billers)

- Experience in US medical billing / revenue cycle management
- Hands-on eClinicalWorks (eCW) experience (strong plus)
- Working knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, and modifier usage
- Familiarity with clearinghouses, payer portals, EOB/ERA reading, and denial workflows
- Good written English; comfort with US-shift hours; HIPAA/PHI awareness
