About the role
We are hiring a Lead for our AR / Aging function within a US multi-specialty RCM operation running on eClinicalWorks (eCW). This is a role for someone who owns outcomes driving down aged AR, managing denial trends, and raising the quality bar for the team, not just working a queue. We are based in New Delhi and open to onsite, hybrid, or fully remote arrangements. Many of our team work remotely, some from office we'll work out the right setup with you.

What you'll own

- End-to-end aging follow-up across 30/60/90/120+ buckets; prioritize and assign workqueues
- Analyze denial and underpayment trends; drive root-cause fixes, not just resolution
- Own quality management audit biller output, set standards,



coach for accuracy
- Track and report collections metrics and AR performance to management
- Manage escalations with payers and clearinghouses; handle complex appeals
- Mentor and develop the AR/aging billers

What you bring

- Solid US medical billing / RCM experience, with meaningful time in AR / denial management
- Prior lead, senior, or QA/quality-management exposure (formal or informal team ownership)
- Hands-on eClinicalWorks (eCW) experience — required
- Strong grasp of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, modifiers, EOB/ERA, and payer denial workflows
- Analytical mindset for metrics and trend reporting
- Good written English; comfortable with US-shift hours; HIPAA/PHI awareness
