Role & responsibilities

- Support Finance Transformation initiatives covering FP&A;, annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, periodic reforecasting, variance analysis, cost centre reporting and management reporting.
- Prepare financial analyses, performance reports, KPI packs and management dashboards to support business planning and decision-making.
- Develop and review financial and AOP models, including integrated financial statements, cash-flow projections, debt schedules, IRR, MOIC and sensitivity analysis.
- Analyse financial and operational performance, identify key business drivers and convert findings into practical recommendations for client stakeholders.
- Support reporting transformation, process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance reporting accuracy, controls, efficiency and turnaround time.
- Work directly with Finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements, present insights, manage deliverables and support timely project execution.

Preferred candidate profile

- 5-7 years of relevant experience in Finance Transformation, FP&A;, financial analysis, management reporting, consulting or related Finance functions.
- Robust hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting,



periodic reforecasting, variance analysis, cost centre reporting and financial performance management.
- Experience in financial modelling and AOP analysis, including cash-flow projections, debt schedules, sources and uses, IRR, MOIC and sensitivity analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret financial data and communicate meaningful business insights.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication, presentation and client-facing stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a client-site environment, manage multiple deliverables and meet agreed quality and timeline expectations.

Preferred Technical Skills

- SQL and query writing for data extraction, reconciliation and reporting.
- Power BI and Tableau for dashboard development and data visualisation.
- Python for Excel data analysis and reporting automation.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, including VBA, macros, Power Query and automation.
- Prior experience in analytics-led Finance Transformation, dashboarding or reporting-automation projects.
