Established in 1985, Akash Steel Traders is a 40-year-old B2B trading company with a strong and loyal client base across India. As the business continues to grow and expand, we are looking for a smart and organized individual to work closely with the Director and support day-to-day business operations.

What You'll Be Doing

- Coordinate with clients over calls, WhatsApp, and emails (Client Coordination)
- Handle payment follow-ups and order status updates
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and maintain business records
- Coordinate dispatches, deliveries, and order processing activities
- Work on MS Excel reports, trackers, and MIS sheets
- Maintain day-to-day documentation and office operations
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams
- Support backend business operations and process coordination activities
- Assist the Director in daily business and commercial operations

We're Looking For Someone Who





- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience - Mandatory
- Has valuable communication skills
- Is comfortable talking to clients and vendors
- Has basic MS Excel and MS Word knowledge
- Is organized and responsible at work
- Is proactive and willing to learn
- Can handle multiple tasks comfortably
- Has experience in Tally or accounting activities (Preferred but not mandatory)
