We are looking for an experienced Technical Certified Scrum Master with strong expertise in Agile project delivery, technical project management, and database-driven enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, drive Scrum practices, and ensure successful delivery of complex technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Coach teams on Agile methodologies and drive continuous improvement
• Manage end-to-end delivery of technical projects involving applications, infrastructure, databases, and integrations
• Collaborate with Architects, Developers, DBAs, and Infrastructure teams for successful solution delivery
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery metrics
• Support database management initiatives including optimization, migration, performance, and maintenance activities
• Ensure technical solutions meet quality, security, and compliance standards
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
Required Skills:
• 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years as a Scrum Master in technical environments
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or equivalent Agile certification
• Robust experience with Agile tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally
• Good understanding of database technologies (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Experience managing technical projects involving cloud, infrastructure, DevOps, or application delivery
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Experience:
• Banking, Financial Services, or regulated industry experience
• Exposure to data migration, cloud transformation, and modernization projects
• Experience working with enterprise-scale technology teams
