*Hiring: Home Loan Executive - Sales*

*Location*: Rohini

*Experience*: 0-3 Years | *Salary*: 2.50 Lpa + 2000 convenience + High Incentives

*Role & Responsibilities:*

- *Source & Generate Leads*: Cold calling, field visits, walk-ins, and referrals

- *Customer Counselling*: Explain home loan products, interest rates, eligibility criteria and documentation

- *Documentation*: Collect documents, file loan applications, coordinate with banks/NBFCs for approval & disbursal

- *Sales Target*: Achieve monthly targets for home loan disbursals

- *Relationship Building*: Maintain relationship with builders, channel partners & existing customers

- *Market Research*: Track competitor products and market trends

*Requirements:*

- Graduate in any stream. Freshers welcome





- Good communication skills in Hindi + English

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and strong negotiation skills.
