Job Description:

The following would be your role and responsibilities.

1. Partially prepare technical valuation reports for real estate assets as per the local bye-laws,

standards and observations from physical site visits of the field engineer.

2. Coordinating with site engineers and getting updates on cases visited / site observations /

work done / daily execution plans.

3. Coordinating with various clients on issues raised by them in regards to report status,

schedule etc. as per requirement.

4. Conduct regular market surveys to understand the current rate of real estate prices in a

given area. Appropriately document the same in the form of a Location Wise Rate List in the

office.

5. Work with the Manager Valuations and report to him / her daily. Reporting formats and





guidelines are shared during the induction period.

6. Work as per the values and policies of the organisation and at no point compromise on

them. The company takes its values and policies extremely seriously and can take strict

action in case not adhered to.

The above roles and responsibilities are subject to change by the Sr. Manager – Valuations &

Engineering Services or the management as and when required. The above mentioned

responsibilities will be used as a guide to evaluate the performance of the joinee at the time of

appraisal.
