The team includes workstreams like, Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Mobility, Compensation and benefit and enabling functions like HR systems, Operations, People Data Reporting and Analytics

They also leverage our global strength and scalability to drive HR-related technology, projects and processes that allow EY to deliver against the changing requirements to enable success

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

- Robust understanding of corporate wellbeing program design with exposure to health-focused initiatives such as MBBS, nutritionist, and physiotherapist-led interventions





Ability to support the planning and execution of talent development and employee wellness programs within a corporate HR environment

Proficient in coordinating multidisciplinary wellbeing services and operational workflows to ensure effective program delivery

Experienced in consulting-oriented problem solving to align wellness solutions with employee engagement and organizational needs

Capable of managing HR operations related to talent development with a focus on structured, scalable, and compliant wellbeing initiatives

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have

Qualification

- MBBS
- Nutritionist
- Physiotherapist

Experience
