SAP SF Consultant (EC & RCM)

Experience- 1+ yrs

Location- Onsite-Rajendra Place

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, implement, and support SuccessFactors EC and RCM modules across project phases.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and configure the system accordingly.
- Manage foundation objects, business rules, workflows, position management, and MDF configurations within EC.
- Set up and optimize RCM components including job requisitions, application workflows, candidate management, and career site settings.
- Support integration touchpoints between EC, RCM, and other modules.
- Conduct system testing, support UAT, and resolve defects.
- Prepare configuration workbooks, documentation, and end-user training material.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- 34 years of hands-on SuccessFactors experience with at least one to two full-cycle implementations.
- Strong functional and configuration expertise in Employee Central (EC) and Recruiting Management (RCM).
- Understanding of PMGM configuration and processes (preferred/appreciated).
- Familiarity with business rules, workflows, RBP(Role-Based Permissions), and data imports.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, onsite setting.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- SuccessFactors certification in EC or RCM is an advantage.
