Position Overview

IPEGlobal Group is seeking an experienced Associate Director / Senior Manager Digital Transformation IT to lead enterprise-wide technologytransformation, systems integration, data governance, and IT operations.

The role will be responsible for aligning technology investments with businesspriorities, improving operational efficiency through automation, strengtheninginstitutional knowledge systems, and ensuring secure, scalable, and reliabletechnology services across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Transformation Business Integration

Developand execute the organization's digital transformation roadmap aligned withbusiness objectives.

Identifyopportunities to automate and streamline business processes across functionsand geographies.

Drivetechnology-enabled process improvements to reduce manual effort, duplication,and operational inefficiencies.

Leadenterprise-wide digital initiatives and ensure successful user adoption andbusiness outcomes.

Collaboratewith business leaders to identify and prioritize technology investments.

Enterprise Applications Systems Integration

LeadERP implementation, optimization, enhancement, and integration initiatives.

Ensureseamless integration of ERP, HRMS, financial systems, collaboration platforms,and other business applications.

Establishstandardized business processes and technology platforms across locations andbusiness units.

Data, Reporting Knowledge Management

Establishdata governance standards and ensure data quality, consistency, and ownershipacross systems.

Enablestandardized MIS, reporting, and analytics frameworks.

Leadthe development and governance of enterprise knowledge management platforms.

Manage SharePoint Online document management systemsto create structured repositories for institutional knowledge.





IT Operations Governance

OverseeIT infrastructure, service delivery, cloud platforms, business continuity, andvendor management.

Strengthendata protection measures, and IT governance frameworks. Ensurecompliance with organizational policies, donor requirements, and DPDP Act.

Leadership Stakeholder Management

Lead,mentor, and develop the IT team.

Driveorganizational change management and technology adoption initiatives.

Managetechnology budgets and optimize IT investments.

Qualifications Experience

Bachelor'sdegree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, InformationSystems, or related discipline.

MBA(Information Systems, Technology Management, Digital Transformation) or MCApreferred.

1015years of experience in IT, Enterprise Applications, Digital Transformation.

Minimum5 years of leadership experience managing enterprise-wide technologyinitiatives / implementation.

Demonstratedexperience in ERP implementation, enterprise integration, business processautomation, and digital transformation projects.

Technicalexpertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, SharePoint and Power Platform, NetSuite,SAP Business One, Oracle ERP, or equivalent

Experienceof API Integration and Middleware Platforms

CloudDigital Workplace expertise specially in Microsoft Azure / AWS/GCP

Exposurein Data Protection and Privacy Compliance

Experienceof IT Governance, Risk Management, and Regulatory Compliance

Preferred Certifications

PMPor PRINCE2

ITIL4

Azure/ AWS / GCP Certifications

ISO27001 : 2022 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor
