Eligibility

• Graduate/Postgraduate (Male candidates)• 2 to 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment• Sales & BFSI hiring experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition:

o Source candidates through diverse sourcing channels, including campus recruitment, job drives,

employee exchanges, and lateral hiring.

o Screen candidate profiles for role fitment and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

o Negotiate salary packages and ensure maximum offer-to-joining conversions.

o Map and contact competitor talent for strategic recruitment.

2. Employee Retention & Performance:

o Maintain attrition levels below 5% in the assigned region.

o Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to improve retention strategies.

o Track and ensure the completion of performance scorecards for all employees.

3. HR Operations & Compliance:





o Oversee daily HR operations at the regional level.

o Address and resolve employee grievances effectively.

o Ensure timely attendance management and the seamless movement of promoted employees to

their respective branches.

4. Employee Engagement:

o Organize and implement employee engagement activities to foster a positive work culture in the

region.

o Conduct regular feedback sessions to understand employee needs and align them with

organizational goals.

5. Strategic HR Activities:

o Maintain and update competitor data for strategic mapping.

o Support the implementation of corporate HR initiatives at the regional level.

Requirements:

Education: Any Graduate or PG Qualifications in Human Resources or a relevant field are desirable.

Experience: 2–6 years of experience in HR, with a strong understanding of HR processes.

Expertise: Practical experience in employee relations, performance & reward, and learning & talent

acquisition.

Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation

Competitive salary with a hike on your last CTC.• HR Executive: Budget up to 5 LPA• Assistant Manager TA: Budget up to 10 LPA (based on experience and role fit)
