Lead day-to-day operations across multiple Chaileela outlets by managing P&L;, SOP compliance, inventory,outlet performance, recent store launch, and operational excellence while working closely with the founding team to support rapid business expansion.
Required Candidate profile
Graduate with F&B;, QSR, or operations experience. Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, excellent ownership, problem-solving, and execution abilities. Experience with POS tools is an added advantage.
