Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer queries for the US travel process.
- Assist customers with flight bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and general travel-related inquiries.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting quality and productivity targets.
- Accurately update customer information and maintain records in the system.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
