Job Description:

The following would be your role and responsibilities.

1. Undertake physical site visits of various properties being valued by the company and share

construction details as per the local bye-laws, standards and observations from physical site

visits.

2. Fill the site visit format provided by the office in a detailed and thorough manner for each

visit being undertaken. Make sure all visits allotted are executed on time and regular updates

are provided to the Client Coordinator.

3. Have a good understanding of various geographies / parts of Mumbai MR and best ways to

commute to places within the city.

4. Have a valuable understanding on the prevailing real estate prices in various geographies being

covered by the engineer (Western Line / Central Line)

5. Conduct regular market surveys to understand the current rate of real estate prices in a

given area. Appropriately document the same in the form of a Location Wise Rate List in the

office.

6. Work closely with the Valuations Team in the office and Client Coordination team on a daily

basis.



Reporting formats and guidelines are shared during the induction period.

7. Work as per the values and policies of the organisation and at no point compromise on

them. The company takes its values and policies extremely seriously and can take strict

action in case not adhered to.

Requirements:

Mandatory: Basic understanding of the Mumbais geography for swift commute for cases. Fluent

reading and writing skills.

Preferred: 0-3 years of work experience in related fields. Civil engineering degree / diploma will

be preferred. Prior experience in the field of property valuations in the Mumbai MR region is

going to be beneficial.

The above roles and responsibilities are subject to change by the Lead – Valuations & Engineering

Services or the management as and when required. The above mentioned responsibilities will be

used as a guide to evaluate the performance of the joinee at the time of appraisal.
