Position: Institutional Equity Dealer

Location: CP-Delhi
CTC: Hike on current CTC
Industry: Financial Services (Broking)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Institutional Equity Dealer to manage and execute trades for institutional clients across equity and derivatives segments. The role involves handling large-volume orders, ensuring best execution, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Trade Execution & Dealing

- Execute institutional client orders across equity and derivatives segments
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in order execution
- Handle clients such as MF, PMS, AIF, Insurance companies
- Maintain high standards of client servicing and execution quality
- Align trades with fund strategies and client requirements

3. Order Management & Monitoring

- Manage large orders through DMA/Algo trading platforms
- Use smart order routing systems for productive execution
- Monitor trade confirmations and execution quality

4. Risk & Compliance

- Ensure adherence to SEBI regulations and internal compliance policies
- Monitor exposure limits, position limits, and margin requirements




- Coordinate with risk and compliance teams for smooth operations

5. Broker & Counterparty Management

- Maintain strong relationships with brokers, custodians, and clearing members
- Negotiate brokerage and execution terms

6. Reporting

- Prepare daily reports on trade execution

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of Equity, Derivatives
- Only Graduates or PG
- Hands-on experience in institutional dealing and trade execution
- Proficiency in OMS platforms & Algo Trading
- Experience working on Bloomberg Terminal
- Understanding of STP processes and institutional workflows

Certifications:

- NISM certification is mandatory

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in institutional sales dealing
- Familiarity with Bloomberg, OMS & algo execution tools

- Ability to handle high-pressure trading environments
- Strong communication and coordination skills
