We are hiring for an Aviation Safety Officer role for our client, an airline / aviation safety compliance company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and enforce compliance with DGCA/BCAS safety regulations across operations
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- Investigate safety incidents and near-misses, and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain the organisation's Safety Management System (SMS) documentation
- Conduct safety training and awareness sessions for ground/cabin staff
- Prepare safety compliance reports for regulatory submissions

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of DGCA/BCAS aviation safety regulations
- Experience with Safety Management Systems (SMS)
- Strong analytical and investigative skills
- Excellent documentation and report-writing skills
- Ability to conduct training and drive a safety-first culture

Good to Have:

- Aviation safety certification (SMS/DGCA)
- Prior experience in airline/airport safety roles
- Exposure to regulatory audits
