About the Role: Etrav Tech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. If you have a passion for hiring, strong sourcing skills, and experience managing end-to-end recruitment, we'd like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare recruitment reports and maintain ATS/database records.




- Support employer branding and other talent acquisition initiatives.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
- Experience hiring for IT, non-IT, or corporate roles.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

- Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
