Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Acquisition Manager for the Market Research Industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, expanding global accounts, and driving revenue growth across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities in Market Research and Research Operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across domestic and international markets.
- Identify potential clients, market trends, and business opportunities.
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, client meetings, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.
- Coordinate with operations and project management teams for smooth project execution.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and contracts.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Manage key accounts and ensure long-term client retention.
- Participate in business meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Maintain database of leads, prospects, and client interactions.
- Work closely with senior management for business expansion strategies.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service delivery.

- Experience in Market Research, Healthcare Research, BPO, or the Consulting industry is preferred
- Existing client network in the research industry will be an added advantage
