Role & responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous communication.
- Record customer interactions and update information in the system.
- Prepare and maintain basic documentation, reports, and customer records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Follow up with customers regarding service requests and feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and documentation standards.

Eligibility Criteria

- Gender: Female Candidates Only
- Education: Any Graduate
- Experience: 03 years in Customer Care, Customer Support, Telecalling, or a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.





Required Skills

- Fluent in Bengali (Mandatory).
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Mandatory).
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.
