Role & responsibilities :

* Handle customer queries professionally via inbound/outbound voice calls.

* Deliver prompt, accurate, and customer-centric resolutions.

* Maintain a positive customer experience while meeting quality standards.

* Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

* Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems.

* Meet individual and team KPIs including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

* Adhere to company policies and process guidelines.

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

* Maintain excellent communication and professionalism throughout customer interactions.

* Build solid customer relationships through empathy and active listening.

Preferred candidate profile :

* Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).

* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.





* Candidates with 6 months or more of Voice/Customer Service/BPO experience are highly preferred.

* Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

* Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.

* Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.

* Willing to work from the Gurgaon office.

* Immediate joiners will be preferred.

* Positive attitude, quick learner, and team player.
