The Partner Acquisition team is dedicated to expanding our "Franchise network" across the CIEL universe. With current partner network in 44 locations, our mission is to connect with industry professionals who aspire to launch their own HR/Recruitment business under the CIEL HR brand.

Skills Required for Senior Executive Partner Acquisition





- At least 1-3 years of experience in sourcing & mapping & Accountable for full-candidate life cycle management.
- To create the largest database of to be entrepreneurs as well as candidates seeking jobs.
- Identify and onboard potential business partners.
- Conduct presentations to potential business partners, showcasing the benefits and opportunities of partnering with the franchise. Ability to lead a virtual call & in person meetings with Prospects.
- Basic understanding of marketing and creating marketing flyers & posters. Implement and monitor marketing activities to generate leads for potential business partners.
- Design and facilitate marketing strategies aimed at acquiring new franchises.
- Desired Skills and Qualities: **
