Role & responsibilities

- Lead initial screening calls with candidates, evaluating skills, experience, and role fit.
- Source candidate(s) using a variety of channels, such as job postings and social media, while effectively targeting the right kinds of candidates for the job.
- Seek out and perform creative ways of sourcing talent.
- Perform all necessary candidate screening to ensure their qualifications meet the job description (i.e. schedule screening, skills testing, etc.).
- Successfully track progress on requisitions and candidates within Applicant Tracking System, to include the proper disposition of all good candidates.
- Protect company proprietary and confidential information.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Arts, Human Resources, or related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate at the executive level.
- Multi-tasker in a target-oriented, fast-paced workplace.
- High level of professionalism, service orientation, and outstanding organizational skills.
