Purpose of the Job

The incumbent will work closely with the CSO to drive high-impact strategic initiatives across the organization. The

role involves identifying growth opportunities, improving business performance, and supporting leadership in

decision-making through data-driven insights, particularly within the dairy/FMCG ecosystem.

Key Deliverables / KPIs

1. Strategic Planning Execution

Support annual and long-term strategic planning cycles

Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps

Track execution of key initiatives and drive governance mechanisms

2. Business Performance Insights

Analyze business performance across categories

Identify gaps, risks, and improvement levers

Build dashboards and MIS for leadership reviews

3. Growth Expansion Initiatives

Evaluate recent market entry opportunities (geographies, channels)

Support go-to-market (GTM) strategies and distribution expansion





Assess new product/category opportunities

4. Cross-Functional Projects

Lead strategic projects across sales, supply chain, and operations

Work with stakeholders to drive cost optimization and efficiency initiatives

Support transformation projects (digitization, process improvements)

5. Market Competitive Intelligence

Track industry trends, competitor moves, and consumer behavior

Benchmark performance against peers and identify best practices

6. Leadership Support

Prepare presentations, business cases, and board-level decks

Support the CSO in reviews with senior leadership

Assist in evaluating partnerships, alliances, or inorganic opportunities
