Sr. Merchandiser ( Sr. MM) / MM (Home Furnishing Knitted Soft Goods)

We are seeking a energetic candidate to lead our business expansion across key global markets, specifically the US, UK, and Europe etc. In this role, you will bridge the gap between international buyers and our production units, managing everything from trend analysis and product development to order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

- Market Expansion: Identify and secure new business opportunities with major retail chains, importers, across the US, UK, and Europe etc.
- Buyer Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, managing accounts, handling inquiries, and presenting seasonal collections.
- Product Development: Translate western design trends into commercial soft goods Knitted collections, including cushions, Throws, Blanket, Quilts, Storage basket, Poufs, Soft Toys, Play Mats, Ponchos, Bags, Knitted Fabrics etc.
- Costing & Sampling: Develop competitive price matrices, negotiate margins with buyers, and oversee the development of accurate product samples.
- Order Execution:



Monitor production timelines closely to ensure complete compliance with international delivery schedules and shipment deadlines.
- Compliance & Quality: Ensure all products and manufacturing processes meet strict US and EU testing regulations, packaging standards, and sustainability compliance.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 08-10 years of proven success in export marketing or international merchandising specifically within the home textiles Export industry.
- Edu. :- BE/ BTECH TEXTILE, NIFT, MBA (International Marketing)
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of buying cycles, and consumer preferences in the US, UK, and European markets.

- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Knitted fabrics, Knitting, printing techniques, and soft goods manufacturing.

- Communication: Exceptional cross-cultural communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Logistics Awareness: Familiarity with international shipping terms (FOB, CIF), export documentation, and global supply chain logistics.
