Role & responsibilities

- Supporting our clients on multiple O&G; sector
- Preparing financial analysis including trading/ transaction comparable, operational/ financial benchmarking, valuation analysis, etc.
- Preparing pitch books, industry research, deals & peers screening, company profiles, asset profiles, and company focused discussion documents related to various industries.
- Meeting project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure high client satisfaction
- Engaging client independently on calls and e-mails
- Other responsibilities include:
- Scoping the new projects, structuring deliverables/current research products
- Producing high quality informative and visually appealing presentations and deck

- Demonstrating strength and experience in client / requester relationship building and management, information / knowledge needs assessment

Preferred candidate profile

- MBA/ CFA/ CA /PG in Oil & Gas
- 3-6 years of experience in the Investment banking space




- Experience of working Investment banking projects, including:
- Pitch book / IM support and company / asset profiles
- Detailed financial analysis with knowledge / experience of working on financial statements
- Target identification, Trading and Transaction comps
- Benchmarking, Ratio analysis
- Macro-economic and industry overviews with experience working across various industries
- Bespoke qualitative research

- Should be able to work independently, with minimal guidance and support
- Prior experience in handling clients directly through calls / mails
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Should be well versed with MS Office suite specially Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point

Working knowledge of database such as CapitalIQ, Factset, Wood Mckenzie, Pitchbook, Alpha Sense etc..
