Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement HR strategies to drive employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational success.
- Partner with business leaders to develop HR plans that align with company goals and objectives.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment through separation, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Analyze metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 10-15 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or similar position.
- Robust understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices in IT services & consulting industry.
- Proven track record of developing effective HR strategies that drive business results.
