Job Summary:

The PPC Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to generate qualified leads, increase conversions, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). This role requires strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, keyword research, conversion tracking, analytics, and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns including:
- Search Ads
- Performance Max
- Display Ads
- YouTube Ads
- Remarketing Campaigns
- Create and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Launch and manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns when required.
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis.

Strategy & Optimization

- Develop PPC strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve:
- CTR
- Conversion Rate
- CPL
- ROAS
- Perform A/B testing on:
- Ad creatives
- Landing pages
- Ad copy
- Audience segments
- Identify scaling opportunities and budget allocation improvements.

Analytics & Reporting

- Set up and maintain:




- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager
- Conversion Tracking
- Call Tracking
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Analyse lead quality and campaign profitability.

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have

- 2-5 years of hands-on PPC management experience.
- Strong expertise in:
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics 4
- Google Tag Manager
- Meta Ads Manager
- Strong understanding of:
- Lead generation campaigns
- Conversion funnels
- Audience targeting
- Retargeting strategies
- Advanced keyword research and bidding strategy knowledge.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field (preferred).
- Google Ads Certification (preferred).
- Solid communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
