Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Toll Plaza projects across multiple locations Positions include Plaza Manager, Shift In-Charges, Validators, Lane Supervisors, Toll Collectors, IT Support staff, Drivers, Electricians and other operational manpower.
- Coordinate with site HR executives & Plaza Managers to understand manpower requirements on a weekly basis
- Source candidates through own references, local recruitment drives, social media, job portals, employee referrals etc.
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Verify candidate documents, employment history and references
- Issue offer letters and coordinate with candidates till joining formalities are complete

Preferred candidate profile

- Past experience of at least 5 years in hiring toll plaza staff
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment within strict timelines
- Willingness to travel to Toll Plaza and project locations for recruitment drives
- Good understanding of toll operations and manpower planning
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced workplace
