Role & responsibilities

Tendering & Business Development

- Lead the complete tendering process, including pre-qualification, bid preparation, technical and commercial evaluation, and final submission.
- Review tender documents, BOQs, drawings, and specifications.
- Coordinate with estimation, procurement, and engineering teams for competitive pricing.
- Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and contract finalization.
- Identify new business opportunities and support business growth.

2. Project Management

- Plan, organize, and monitor multiple construction projects simultaneously.
- Develop project schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within approved budgets.
- Monitor project progress and resolve technical and operational issues.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, and vendors.

3. Billing & Commercial Management

- Oversee client billing, RA bills, milestone billing, and final billing.
- Verify subcontractor bills and vendor invoices.
- Monitor project cash flow and revenue realization.
- Ensure timely certification and collection of client payments.
- Review cost reports and profitability for each project.

4. Contracts Administration

- Review and manage construction contracts and subcontract agreements.
- Handle contractual correspondence, claims, variations, and change orders.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Mitigate commercial and contractual risks.

5. Procurement & Resource Management





- Approve procurement plans and material requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
- Optimize equipment, manpower, and resource utilization.
- Monitor inventory and project consumption.

6. Site Operations

- Supervise Project Managers, Site Engineers, QA/QC Engineers, and other site personnel.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Conduct regular site visits to review progress, quality, and safety.
- Resolve project execution challenges promptly.

7. Quality & Safety

- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and applicable codes.
- Implement quality assurance and quality control procedures.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Lead safety reviews and corrective actions.

8. Financial Management

- Prepare and monitor project budgets.
- Control project costs and improve operational efficiency.
- Analyze project profitability and recommend corrective actions.
- Review financial reports and project performance metrics.

9. Team Leadership

- Lead and mentor project managers and departmental teams.
- Conduct performance evaluations and training.
- Build a high-performance culture focused on quality, productivity, and accountability.

10. Client & Stakeholder Management

- Maintain solid relationships with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Attend project review meetings.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Resolve client concerns and contractual issues effectively
