- Identify potential customers for personal loans, auto loans, credit cards, and other financial products.
- Conduct thorough assessments of customer creditworthiness to determine loan eligibility.
- Develop strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales volume and retention rates.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks.
Job Requirements :
- 0-5 years of experience in banking sales, microfinance, MFI (Microfinance Institution), or related fields.
- Solid knowledge of various types of loans such as personal loans, auto loans, credit card sales etc. .
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse client base.
