We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Platform Architect with expertise in Service Portal, HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery), and strong coding and scripting abilities.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of platform architecture and be capable of designing, developing, and optimizing solutions that meet complex business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Platform Architecture Design:
o Lead the design and development of platform architecture, focusing on Service Portal and HRSD modules.
o Ensure that the platform is scalable, reliable, and meets the business requirements.
Coding and Scripting:
o Develop and maintain high-quality code and scripts for the platform.
o Optimize existing codebase and scripts to improve performance and efficiency.
Service Portal Development:
o Design and implement customized solutions using Service Portal.
o Enhance the user experience by integrating seamless and intuitive interfaces.
HRSD Implementation:
o Lead the implementation and customization of HRSD solutions within the platform.
o Work closely with HR teams to align platform capabilities with HR processes.
Platform Management:




o Oversee the overall platform management, ensuring optimal performance and security.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate platform solutions with other business systems.
Problem Solving and Troubleshooting:
o Identify, diagnose, and resolve platform-related issues.
o Provide expert-level support and guidance to development teams.

Qualifications:
Experience:
o 8-11 years of experience in platform architecture, with a focus on Service Portal and HRSD.
Technical Skills:
o Strong coding and scripting abilities (e.g., JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS).
o Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform, particularly Service Portal and HRSD.
o Deep understanding of platform architecture, system integrations, and data flows.

Soft Skills:
o Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
o Strong communication and collaboration skills.
o Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in ServiceNow, HRSD, or related fields.
Experience in leading a team of developers or architects.
