ROLE OVERVIEW

The Operations Manager- Mentorship will lead and scale Drishti's mentorship programme across UPSC and State PCS verticals. This is a leadership role responsible for designing the mentorship operational framework.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design and own the end-to-end mentorship delivery model - from designing a course to onboarding students and smooth functioning of the programs.
- Tracking student engagement rate, session completion, satisfaction scores, and conversion to course renewals.
- Establish an SOP - driven workflow for mentor- student assignment, escalation handling, and conflict resolution.
- Co-ordinating with various teams including Content, Website, Tech, Marketing etc to align and optimise mentorship operations.
- Present monthly operations report to senior leadership.




- Explore and pilot group mentorship, peer-learning cohorts, and alumni mentorship models.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Graduate / Postgraduate
- 1 - 3 years in EdTech, coaching operations, or student success leadership
- Prior experience managing a team
- Solid data orientation - comfortable reading dashboards and building reports
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other tools

PREFERRED SKILLS

- Personal familiarity with UPSC preparation journey (appeared or cleared is a plus)
- Experience designing SOPs and program schedules from scratch
- Fluency in Hindi and working English
