Role Summary
Design, develop, and support automation solutions using Blue Prism to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop end-to-end automations using Blue Prism
- Create and maintain reusable objects and processes
- Handle work queues, exception handling, and scheduling
- Perform testing, deployment, and production support
- Automate web, desktop, Citrix, Excel, and email-based processes
- Maintain technical documentation and follow RPA best practices

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Blue Prism
- Robust knowledge of Object Studio, Process Studio, and Control Room
- Experience with work queues, exception handling, and logging
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Understanding of end-to-end RPA lifecycle

Good to Have

- Blue Prism certification
- API or .NET integration experience
- Exposure to other RPA tools (UiPath / Automation Anywhere)
